Design and Installation

Want to build a new ropes course? You've come to the right place! We have six steps that will deliver you the right course for your program and budget. We believe each client has different programs and needs, so we aim to create individual and unique courses that fit your requirements.

Step one - Initial consultation

Here we aim to get an understanding of your programming needs, budget, target cliental, group sizes, and available area.

Step two - Site visit

It is important for us to meet you on site, this gives a us a good idea of what we can actually build in any given space, also we often come up with the best ideas once we see the natural lay of the land. Access for heavy machinery such as cranes and pole trucks etc is important.

Step three - Conceptual phase

Once we have all the information we require, we'll design your course and discuss with you. We will work with you and the design until all parties are happy!

Step four

Once a design and price is agreed upon, a contract is signed. The design is then sent to our architect and engineer.

Step five - Construction

Once we have the drawings and engineering, we'll order gear and equipment and begin construction.

Step Six

After sales service (the most important part!) ARCB is always there for advice and help after your build.  We offer a FREE safety inspection within the first 6 months after your build.  This will be a good time to tighten bolts, tension cables and make any changes after you have had a chance to operate your new course.  ARCB recommends annual inspections to keep your course safe.

ARCB not only builds your course but also can provide all the necessary operational equipment such as ropes, harnesses, helmets etc and we won't be beaten on price! We also offer trainings, either onsite with your own staff or at one of our training courses held throughout the year.
